Performance Driveline- All Drive Lines has a working relationship with FedEx and UPS We have a minimum 1-3 business day handling time for all drivelines regardless of shipping method if you pay for faster shipping please be advised the shipping companies are not guaranteeing transit times and do not refund money if they delay your item, please understand we can not refund shipping charges for any reason. *Please be advised that even if you upgrade your shipping options for faster delivery it does not speed up production time. Production time can be found at the bottom of each listing, and is subject to change based on parts availability.* All items that are listed with “Free Shipping” come with standard, ground shipping. All return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer- we will not refund ANY shipping charges. If damage occurs during transit, you will be asked to provide pictures as part of the documentation requirements for the carrier who provided shipping services. Without these pictures there will be minimal chance of having a claim approved to repair or replace any damaged part(s) at no cost to you as the customer. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged parts that are shipped. Insurance is placed on all international orders to cover lost or damaged parts but can take up to 30 days to process through the carrier. We will not replace any parts or products until the claim is finalized and payment is made to cover said parts or products.
