We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Shipping Policy

Performance Driveline- All Drive Lines has a working relationship with FedEx and UPS

We have a minimum 1-3 business day handling time for all drivelines regardless of shipping method if you pay for faster shipping please be advised the shipping companies are not guaranteeing transit times and do not refund money if they delay your item, please understand we can not refund shipping charges for any reason.

*Please be advised that even if you upgrade your shipping options for faster delivery it does not speed up production time. Production time can be found at the bottom of each listing, and is subject to change based on parts availability.*

 All items that are listed with “Free Shipping” come with standard, ground shipping.

All return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer- we will not refund ANY shipping charges.

If damage occurs during transit, you will be asked to provide pictures as part of the documentation requirements for the carrier who provided shipping services. Without these pictures there will be minimal chance of having a claim approved to repair or replace any damaged part(s) at no cost to you as the customer. 

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fee estimates are only good for 5 business days
  • Fees are shown in US dollars.
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer, we will not collect these fees upfront and will not provide payment to any third party, broker, or government agency.

Handling Times:

  • Our lead times are subject to change depending on parts availability. 
  • International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. 
  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by the carrier, and will not refund shipping fees due to any delays, as the carrier will not refund us.

Payment: 

 Your payment options for shipping fees are as follow:

  • Call our office during normal business hours to provide credit card information. You can reach us at 661-633-2303 Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
  • We can email you a PayPal invoice that we will add a $15 non-refundable processing fees to your total.

Disclaimer: Performance Driveline is not responsible for any shipping charges, to send, return or exchange any product we provide. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged parts that are shipped. Insurance is placed on all international orders to cover lost or damaged parts but can take up to 30 days to process through the carrier. We will not replace any parts or products until the claim is finalized and payment is made to cover said parts or products. 

 

Return/Cancellation Policy

RETURNS

Absolutely NO refunds or returns on special order or custom items!!

Performance Driveline/All Drive Lines will accept most new uninstalled parts sold and shipped by Performance Drivelines/All Drive Lines but the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request must be submitted in writing by email and/or through our website and received within 14 days of sale. 
  • Requests MUST be approved by a member of our team. No returns will be accepted without approval. Please not that NOT all return requests are approved.
  • No product will be accepted for return if it has been neglected during initial installation or used.
  • All returns must be received within 7 days of return method being issued, we will not reissue return labels. 
  • Return/refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee (these fees are accessed by the merchant/banks). If an order has already been processed by Administrative staff, we will add an additional 3% fee for a total of 6%.
  • Original shipping fees are not included in the refund, even if your order included free shipping, we will calculate the cost and deduct it from your return - No Exceptions!
  • Please make sure to package your return properly- any damage that occurs prior to receiving the returned product that constitutes repair will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refundNo Exceptions!

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee (these fees are accessed by the merchant/banks). If an order has already been processed by Administrative staff, we will add an additional 3% fee for a total of 6%.

 

            Refunds are issued on 1st and 15th of every month ONLY!
