2003-2018 DODGE ALUMINUM CONVERSION DRIVE SHAFT
This a brand new Aluminum Drive shaft. This will fit 2003 to 2018 2500 / 3500 4x4 model trucks. (must have slip yoke at transfer case)
This shaft comes complete and ready to install (has the flange at the differential side)
please note this a 1480/1485 series drive shaft most 2014 and up trucks came with 1550/1555 series joints - the difference is the wider cross the cap size is the same - most ratings are done with 1480/1485 series joints
1550/1555 series parts are not readily available as 1480/1485 series are more common.
These 1480/1485 shafts are built strong and made to last
we do offer a steel 2 piece drive shaft with upgraded carrier bearing design if wanted

Please CONFIRM before ordering your shaft's measurements from the SEAL of the transfer case to the flat face of the flange at the differential (see picture). Measuring off the truck this way allows the measurement to be more exact and take any lifts or changes to the drivetrain into account.
**PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED THE DRIVESHAFT INSTALLED IN THE VEHICLE TO MEASURE THIS WAY. IT WILL NOT MATTER WHETHER IT IS INSTALLED OR NOT, AS THIS MEASUREMENT IS OVERALL BASED ON THE TRUCK AND DOES NOT INVOLVE DRIVESHAFT

Just received my driveshaft everything is as described on time build shipping and as advertised. Went in easier than taking old one out just haven’t had enough time to drive with. Hooking to the airstream on Thursday and will definitely try it out!!!

These guys knocked the order out in less than two days and got the drive shaft in the mail. Shaft arrived very well packaged and after opening could tell it is a quality part. After going through numerous stock carriers I Replaced my two piece oem shaft for the aluminum one piece and all vibration gone. Worth the money and these guys treat you great.

2006 Ram 2500 Megacab Sinle Piece Aluminum Drive Shaft
Out of the box the workmanship looked pretty good. Installed from start to finish maybe took an hour by myself. Drive shaft slipped straight into place with no problems. 100 unloaded miles in mixed city and 80 mph freeway speeds without a single complaint. So far it was absolutely worth the money and wait. (Took about 10 days to recieve the drive shaft including a weekend.) The gal that answered the phone who's name I can't recall was a joy to speak with, very helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I got the information that I asked for. All in all a wonderful product and a pleasant company to work with.
